Editing Owner Pages

The first time you access the owner page editor your exisiting data will be migrated into the editor. This should replicate your owner page the way it is set up at DigitaltMuseum today, copying your cover photo, logo, links, description and content. If you experience any deviation, such as unexpected content or incorrect titles, we ask you to either manually edit or remove these or get in touch with us for assistance.

The owner page is divided into three sections; the cover/header, the content and the footer.

The Cover Section

The cover section consists of two building blocks;

Cover Photo/Name

Use this block to edit the cover photo and the name of the museum.

Logo, Description and Navigation

Use this block to change the logo, edit the description and create links in the navigation menu.

The Content Section

The Content Section consists of five building blocks:

1. Search Collage - Used to switch the search collage on or off.

2. The Text Block - Used to create text-based content, for instance "About the Museum" or any other textual information on the owner page. The text block accepts text input and markdown. It is also possible to define one single image.

3. The Media Block - Used to insert one or more images. You can choose between two layouts; grid view or slideshow view.

4. The Museums Block - Used to display consolidated museums, if relevant. This can only be switched on or off.

5. The DigitaltMuseum Block - Used to display content from DigitaltMuseum on the owner page, for instance latest published objects.
